How long will it take my order to arrive?

Due to COVID-19, please allow additional time for orders to be delivered. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Once your order is placed, a shipment tracking number is emailed to you. 

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your package.

How do I get updates on the status of my order?

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry this happened! Please contact info@jbuiltindustries.com if your order arrives damaged. 

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Once we have shipped the package, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you have any questions regarding tracking or shipping, please address them to the carrier.
